No Question Is Too Small
Feel Informed Before You Begin
Standard therapy sessions are approximately 50 minutes. Most clients begin with weekly sessions, though we can adjust the frequency as you progress and your needs change.
Yes — I offer limited evening availability to accommodate school and work schedules. Availability changes over time, so you can view my calendar through the “Schedule a Session” button to see the times that are currently open.
I’ll check in regularly about how therapy feels and whether you’re making progress toward your goals. If something isn’t clicking — whether it’s the approach, the pacing, or the fit — I’d rather know so we can adjust than have you quietly disengage. Good therapy is collaborative, and your feedback always matters. If at any point you decide I'm not the right fit, I’ll help connect you with other providers.
All sessions are held via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. Before your appointment, you’ll receive a private link to join. All you need is a phone, tablet, or computer with a camera and microphone, a reliable internet connection, and a quiet, private space. No app downloads are required. Virtual therapy can be just as effective as in-person care for many clients — and the comfort and privacy of your own space may make it easier to open up.
Yes, I accept most major insurance plans.
Individual sessions are $100. Family sessions are $130. All fees are due at the time of service. Insurance rates are set by your insurance company and will be verified before your first session.
It can be — if that’s what you want. I offer space for clients who want to incorporate their faith, values, or spiritual beliefs into therapy. That might look like exploring experiences through a spiritual lens, drawing on your beliefs as a source of strength, or simply bringing your whole self — beliefs included — into the room. Clients who don’t identify with any faith tradition are equally welcome. Therapy is always centered on your values, your goals, and your comfort.
Yes — confidentiality is a foundational part of the therapeutic relationship. What you share in therapy is private and protected by law, with a small number of legally required exceptions, such as certain situations involving safety, abuse or neglect, or legal requirements. I’ll review confidentiality and its limits with you during your first session and answer any questions you have. Outside of those exceptions, your sessions and records remain private.

Still Have Questions?
Just Ask — There's No Obligation
If something isn’t covered above, or you’d simply like to talk through whether therapy might be right for you, I’m happy to help. Reaching out doesn’t commit you to anything — it’s simply a chance to ask questions and see if working together feels like a good fit.
